Our stay at Laguna was really relaxing, just what my family and I needed! The staff was very friendly, especially Raul, our waiter, who made our dining experience great. The hotel has a cozy, home-like feel, but the location isn't the best as it's quite far from everything and transportation can get pricey. While the food was decent, I wish there were more options available. Overall, a pleasant stay with some hits and misses.
